“I hired another contractor to replace flashing around three leaking windows along one wall but they created more damage than they repaired. Joe and his crew really helped out by taking over and then correcting their work. No more leaks. Additionally, they took great care when completing significant sheetrock repairs and interior painting. Joe/Amity responds and shows up on time, is on site, and clearly communicates. “We had Building Concepts renovate our kitchen and dining area, which including removing a wall to open up space. Jason helped us to figure out a layout that is both functional and looks great. All of the crews who came were respectful of our space and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. The project was completed without delays. We love our new space!“

“We hired Cipriani to replace our sun porch with Timbertek patio boards. They also worked with a local subcontractor to custom build our screens and removable inserts to make the space a nearly 4 season room. Let's start with the pros. They were excellent communicators throughout the process. Richard did our initial quote, then Mike throughout the build. They were always timely and professional, and I never felt any of my questions were stupid or minimized. Once the build started, they kept me updated in both timing of different parts of the project and also how the payment structure was broken down. We use this space constantly because I love how it turned out, so that's the other pro. Once it was done it was immediately usable. The main con was that we had to wait a bit due to projects in front of ours, and the weather/temperature since the build involved concrete pillars. We knew this project would not be cheap, but that was mainly due to the materials and the additional time those materials inserted into the build. For example, you cannot see any fastener holes from the top of any of the boards. We already have Cipriani in mind for our kitchen remodel in the near future. I highly recommend them. We've worked with a number of contractors over the years (old house, go figure!) and they were so much better than any of the others.“

“Got help from Syndia. We wanted a vanity lamp fixture, the web said there was 1 in stock, but it was not on the shelf. She to{k at least 15 minutes to help find it ( up on top about halfway across the store), then got the ladder and retrieved it for us. Thank you VERY much, Syndia!“

“These are great windows . Probably over priced . But great windows that do what they actually say . Still have to put plastic oblver them to keep out winter and make it even better but they are a huge step up from our old windows . It was like putting sun glasses on our condo . Keeps warm in and cool in . Regardless of whats going on outside if i shine digital thrm on glass it says what my thermostat is set at . Iglf i set it for 68 . Inside glass says 68 . They come out to service asap . Had to wait a while for door lock to be fixed on slider but we keep stick in anyway so its just extra . But they fix it if something goes wrong . Chuck was a great mechanic . Super friendly and knowledgable about the product he installs“
