Gladys was 110% of what I ever could have expected !...She was very thorough, courteous and she is very pleasant to converse with in order to ease my comfort level even while getting a Brazilian waxing ! I walked in off the street and met Joshua. Never, EVER have I met someone so knowledgeable in their craft. He was quick, professional and explained each part of the procedure. The spa is immaculate! I cannot wait to return!
