I highly recommend Leon! Every muscle from head to toe was in knots and I left feeling no stress with my muscles feeling relaxed and smooth. He was professional, made me comfortable and explained to me the reasons behind specific pain and the muscles involved. He showed me ways to stretch the muscles and I felt invigorated and loosened up. He is a great listener and and catered to my trouble spots. I am going to continue self-care in this manner in 2022 and going to book monthly massages with Leon. It was the best way to end a tough year on a positive and uplifting manner.
