We would come here frequently when it was Hamden Spa Palace. This was our 1st time here at their new location and new name and it was a much worse experience. They were very unprofessional and unprepared. They were scrambling to get the supplies for our massage when we arrived despite us having an appt scheduled ahead of time and the way it was just set up was off-putting. There was a full sized kitchen in the entrance and it felt like being in someone's house rather than a professional establishment. We will definitely be looking for a new massage parlor going forward.
