We were fortunate to have CAPS replace our very old roof for us. Our new roof is fantastic, Frank and Shannon were very quick to communicate with us, and they're absolutely lovely people to work with. Many neighbors have happily used CAPS for everything from renovations to repairs. I hope I don't need big fixes anytime soon, but I'll definitely give CAPS a call when I do.
We used CAPS to convert our back room into a first floor laundry room. They responded to our request for a quote quickly. The work was completed in the promised amount of time. Frank and his team were great to work with. We are so happy with our laundry room and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home.
While Frank was here, we inquired about having some work done on our front door. The door is original to the house (90+ years old). Frank and his team did an amazing job. The final outcome is beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments on how the front of the house looks!
If you need any work done on your home, such as renovations or an addition, CAPS is the way to go! Frank and his team are excellent! They are very skilled in all of the areas such as: roofing, carpentry, pouring/building foundations, siding, electrical and more. For our garage addition, new roof and siding of our home, they followed our design plans, obtained the permit without an issue, and communicated regularly to keep us in the loop.
