I've had workouts there that were completely different than the group because of my shoulder. Spin/boot is a crazy crossover workout for cardio and strength.“

“Started going to Steve for rehab on my shoulder. I haven't been able to lift my arm straight up for a couple of months now. After my first session with him 2 weeks ago I was able to do it (still had pain but I could lift my arm straight up). After my 2nd session this morning I was able to do it without any pain! I've still got more work to do before I'm fully recovered and I just wish I had gone to Steve sooner. Very knowledgeable and really helps you to understand what might have caused the pain and how the rehab will help it.“
