I went to see Patti, an experienced holistic practitioner of 30 years. Patti made me feel comfortable from the start; this was my first time getting a colonic. We talked & I learned a lot during my session. I was schooled on what was happening & why. I love learning so a great experience for me. I feel great & believe it’s a good move for overall health & lifestyle goals. It wasn’t uncomfortable in the slightest. Patti is a warm human being and to be in a very vulnerable position, I felt very good about the entire experience. The prices are extremely reasonable too. :)

I've been here twice to get massages from Erin Warner (see review). It is a large facility that is shared between various practitioners including massage, yoga, psychotherapy, tai chai....anything and everything related to health and wellness. It is in the center of Guilford, right on the green, with a private parking lot. The waiting area is large, comfortable and welcoming. The individual rooms I have seen are clean, nicely decorated and calming. There is also a large classroom area off the lobby for classes/workshops.
