Bill Adinolfi and the Lakeview team did a great job in completing multiple major remodeling and renovation projects in our home in Guilford within budget and ahead of schedule. The costs of the project were the most reasonable compared to other contractors bids that we received. Bill and his crew and subcontractors were all experienced professionals who kept us updated at every stage of the project. Besides being a master carpenter, Bill was very courteous and provided practical solutions to all of our questions along the way. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate in engaging Lakeview again for any future building or remodeling projects.
My wife and I are thrilled with the work that Bill and his team from Lakeview Builders completed for us. This is the first major renovation we have done to our home, so we were a bit uncertain what to expect. Everything went phenomenally!! Bill was extremely attentive and answered what probably seemed like endless calls from us.The work started when it was supposed to, and was completed on time! Their workmanship was performed with excellent attention to detail. The most pleasant surprise was the final bill. We were within $100 of budget!! Lakeview Building & Remodeling recently completed a kitchen renovation at our home. After doing our due diligence in searching for a reputable contractor, we chose Bill and his staff. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The work was done in a professional manner, was efficient and completed in a timely process. Most importantly his crew kept us informed, sought our opinion on issues and offered solutions to unanticipated problems throughout the project. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, skilled, and treated our home with care. We would highly recommend Lakeview Building & Remodeling and would definitely use them for future work.
