Great outfit! They just helped up grade from oil to gas. This is an inherently challenging undertaking for us -- but working with JP was really a pleasure and he guided us from beginning to end -- professionally, efficiently, with patience for a zillion questions, and reassuring us that it would all work out great -- which it did! JP helped us to feel comfortable with all of the decision points -- cutting through lots of variables -- making sure we got exactly what we wanted -- and showing a lot of flexibility when it came time to schedule the actual install. I've been an oil customer since last winter and they've consistently delivered oil once a month.I've also used them to install minisplits in my home and they did a wonderful job! They had accidentally installed a better unit for me and let me keep it at no extra cost! I would recommend them!

Twice now, I had other service companies mislead me and botch things in my home HVAC and TWICE JJ Sullivan went over and above to help correct the issues. 1st time 6 different companies came in to look at the older boiler in my new home and then gave me advice to replace the whole system rather than repair - JJ Sullivan were the the ONLY company to tell me "you don't need a new system you just need to clean your filter." A few bucks and 30 minutes later my old system was heating my home just fine. 2nd, Had some issues with AC, and wanted to switch a thermostat to Nest. Two HVAC companies came in - the first I'm quite certain purposely botched things up to take advantage. They ultimately broke more than they fixed and charged me for it. The second, fixed some of those issues, but not quite over the goal line. JJ Sullivan to the rescue again. Coming in for just the annual service, they investigated why my heat wasn't since the thermostat - finding wires connected to the wrong places, breaks in the copper under the insulation.... and more. They could have told me anything was wrong - but once again, little extra time or $, and once again my heat is working just fine. I'll never use another company for my HVAC system again.
