Dealing with Jose was very easy. Spoke to him on a Friday, looked at some samples of vinyl plank flooring for my kitchen on Saturday after a measurement was taken. By Monday afternoon my floor was in looking great. Reasonable prices, and quick service is all I asked. Two installers worked quickly and cleaned up.

We bought a house on the Shoreline a year ago and as part of the renovation we wanted to replace all the floors -- hardwood, carpet, tile. We went to several stores, had to wait for a salesperson and then had a hard time getting questions answered. Then luckily we went to Floor Craze and immediately had the manager's full attention. Every step of the process was great. From friendly on-site estimating of the job, through the scheduling, and then the execution...each step of the job was enjoyable. The men who did the job worked for 12 hours straight, and came back the next day to roll the tile. They were so exacting and meticulous, the floor is beautiful!I will encourage anyone needing a new floor to work with Floor Craze, a terrific company and a great value!
