Jen is amazing! She is personable and a hard worker who is passionate about her business. I am always amazed at how quick the service is, competitive the prices are, and how wonderful of a cleaning job is done. She also alters dresses, and she did a fantastic job on my bridesmaid dress, and scheduled numerous alteration sessions at my request until I was 100% satisfied. I couldn’t suggest this dry cleaners enough!

WOW!!!! Jennifer is GREAT !! I live in Madison Ct and was going to look for a closer dry cleaners as I have used crystal hangers in the past but was looking for a closer place.. I decided to go back to this dry cleaner (I don't have too many items that need dry cleaning, so i don't go too often) I'm glad I did.There work is great but Jennifer is greater.. She definitely sells the place with her upbeat personality and hard work.. i actually look forward to going there..She even remembers my name when I walk in and as I said,I don't go often. I would say that most of us have our down days, as I would think Jennifer does also, but you would never know... read full review

Crystal Hanger has been instrumental as I coordinated two moves integrating three households and discovering I had a dryer that wasn't functioning. Jen was kind, patient, organized and thorough. As I discover more boxes of clothes and linens that need freshening up, I bring them to Jen. Truly every business would be lucky to have an employee as devoted to their business as she is to Crystal Hanger. She runs the place with the care and dedication of an owner. What a star! Thank you Jen and Crystal Hanger. I don't know what I would have done without you.
