Spend extra time explaining how mold spreads/works, and how it needs to be treated.Spent extra time writing out two estimates (one for the work as I requested, and one for the work he recommended). “Miracle Mist JUST LEFT my house and I'm so impressed with the way my carpets came out I had to sit down and write this review...From the start they returned my call promptly. They worked with a specific date I was looking for and called me 30 minutes before my appt.They use 2 hoses with a steam cleaning nozzle at the end. That's it. No dragging machines filled with water through the house. You can see the steam coming out of the nozzle while watching the dirt disappear. I never thought I'd see my carpets look as bright (and white) again. And there's no overpowering industrial/perfumy odor, just the smell of newly clean.I've used traditional carpet cleaners (with commercial machines) in the past. Never had the same results...I would recommend Miracle Mist to anyone looking to get their carpets looking like new again.“
