“I love this nails spa they are friendly and you tell them how you like it done and they will comply you with your request. There is Cindy who does my nails every time . She is very friendly and helps you to translate with the other workers so you can have it done the way you like
Will come here all the time Nana“
“I actually saw Jenn today and got my nails done at Nail Nook. In the same building as Hair Factory. I love, love my nails. I’m going to my son’s Air Force graduation this week and she did a great job on my nails! Y’all go check her out!“
“Best pedicure she knows her business, very professional and fun to visit with TOOServices: Pedicure“
“I come here about once a month to every 2 weeks and I absolutely love them. Super friendly and very reasonable prices. Great people.“
“It was such an amazing experience. I have been to many nail salons, and by far this is the best one yet. All of the workers are amazing nail artists so they can do very complicated designs.
Stylist: Alvin did my nails and he was great and very gentle.“
“Unbelievably welcoming and superb service. I'm new to the area, this being the 3rd salon I've tried. A Thursday morning, already 6 pedicures and 3 manicures in progress and I don't have an appointment. They had someone to do my pedicure right away. Had a basic pedicure and it was great!
Cleanliness: All tables, floors very clean. Everything sterile too“
“If I could rate this place a 20 I would. Probably the best place I’ve gone to in my years of living. I believe her name was Tina. But she was so freakin sweet. She put me to sleep. That was the first time a pedicure has ever made my toesies feel this good.“
“Specialties: I did not have an appointment but was only a short wait. Staff are friendly and welcoming. It was extremely busy that day and I still had a great experience. Will be back“
“I've gone here 2x now and the spa itself is a nice place. Upon entering they give u a hot towel for your face. When you enter u walk down the hallway to the locker room the change. They give you robes and slippers. And there's a sauna and steam room. And lockers to put your things. Everything is pretty small compared to other spas, but very clean and when it's not busy it's nice. You can go into their waiting room which is a relaxing room. There's water and diffusers which has a nice smell. Then your masseuse comes and gets you by name. They bring you to the small room to get your massage. Can I say the first time I went I got an hour massage for $170 and I added aromatherapy for $30 and a head scalp routine for $30. During my 60 minutes, they used the aromatherapy oil that smelled like cedar lavender, and then during my 60 mins they also started doing my scalp routine, basically combing my hair with a brush using oil. So even though I paid for $170 for the 60 min massage, the scalp treatment wasn't an additional time, it happened during your 60 mins so watch out for that. The tip is included in the price. The second time I went I got a 60 min massage for $170, that's it. If you want a 90 min massage is $225, so that's a lot for just adding 30 whole mins! Anyways I'm satisfied with this. Nice people and service. I would go back. Nice experience besides being pricy.“
