Only good thing was they were pretty regular at deliveries. They over charge by a significant amount. I had been a customer of there's for the last 11 years as my father- in- law had been an employee. This last time I was charged 5.98 a gallon which is significantly more than most oil dealers around my area. According to the EIA website the average price was 5.07 on March 7th 2022. Oil was delivered on the 10th. I understand a difference but nearly a dollar more is robbery. Worst part was the lack of concern over losing a customer. When I told the individual on the phone he simply asked for my address. Not one question as to why I was leaving for another company.

We have had Mohegan oil for 5-6 years now. We have always had a good experience with them. Timely deliveries and positive customer service interactions when I’ve called with a question and setting up our account. But felt compelled to leave a written review today after service that went above and beyond. 48 hours ago we just began to dig out from a winter storm that had left 2+ feet of snow on the ground. Yesterday I had noticed that our tank was down to a quarter, so I knew Mohegan would be out soon the fill it. Unfortunately I hadn’t quite gotten to shoveling out a path to our oil pipe. They refused to come out even though Im completely out of oil after a now storm because I’m “not an auto delivery customer.” At the gas station now to hopefully sustain my oil tank with diesel until Monday when they (hopefully) get here.
