Super lucky to have found Robin At Joseph John Salon. She has brought my hair back to looking great after it was totally ruined by an inexperienced hairdresser. My hair texture, haircut and color are now perfect!
The staff here is wonderful and extremely personable. They cater to each customers' needs and are more than happy to answer any question you may have. They are great for men and women, no matter the age!
Shelby got me over my fear of salons and anyone touching my hair (last time I had someone cut my hair, it was 10 years ago, and bad). She listened. Cut off exactly how much I wanted off and didn't pressure me to do more. She knew what I wanted despite my lack of words for what I described and even knew what would look good on me. She really worked with me and not against me and helped boost my self image.
