Not a good place receptionist lied told me I had a appointment then when I tried to move my appointment.. but if I couldn’t do so would take the day off from work told me that her her husband and her son decided last time we talked they could no longer see me …? So why did she tell me I have an appointment ? Seems like they care more about marking money more then they care about the customer
Rude Front Desk needs more training on how to be nice to patients.
Love the doctor, if it wasn't for her I would not return to that office. Staff is rude and treated me poorly. Gave me lots of excuses pur me on hold a bunch of times.. then had some other women address me.
Argued with me that they called and left a message. No call, no massage but that's my fault.
Said I couldn't be seen without my insurance card.. never gave me the option to pay out of pocket until I left and called back and then was given the option.. too late I'm already headed home. Not going to keep many patients treatung us like that.
RUDE STAFF.
Made an appointment for a skin cancer screening with Dr. Wolf. At no time time was I informed I would be examined by his female Physician's Asst. instead. If I wanted to be examined by a female I would have sought out a female dermatologist. There was actually a spot in my groin area I was concerned about but was too embarrassed to show her. Not to mention she only has a fraction of the education, experience, and expertise that Dr. Wolf has, though she struts around like she's the top cheese. I stated to her that my appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Wolf and she just acted very dismissive with me. Pulling my sleeves up two inches and taking a hasty look at my back and stomach is hardly what I call a skin cancer screening. Then the doctor comes into the room for less then 60 seconds at the end of the appointment to introduce himself. I felt completely scammed. Wouldn't bring my dog there. Two thumbs down.
