Its been over 30 years since I was in essence given my life back when I started seeing my first chiropractor. Years of football and other traumatic but fun activities and injuries took its toll on my body and I suffered from daily headaches, intermittent neck and back pain, and even heartburn. Ibuprofen and Rolaids were like M&Ms to me.
