Since our return from winter vacation, we had been noticing hints of a small intruder in our house—holes in boxes and bags in our cabinets, and eventually mouse droppings parading across the washer and dryer. We are too squeamish to attempt to trap or kill a mouse, so we went to Angi and described our plight. Immediately, three local businesses were listed. Our house had a consistent flow of mice in both the lower level and attic level. Trapping/exterminating proved to be a very short term fix. After evaluating a number of different solutions we chose to go with Brian/Thoroughspect. An exhaustive evaluation of all the cracks, crawlspaces, and openings inside and outside the house appealed to us as the most permanent and humane long term solution. We recently used Thoroughspect Animal Control to help bat and pest proof our house. We were very pleased with the work that was done. Brian and his crew are professionals and courteous. He was very clear on his communication and the work was done as promised. Brian is also very cognizant of doing things the right way to minimize harm to the bats.
