T&C Araujo has completed a number of projects for me in the last few years including a gut renovation and addition, three bathrooms, a basement remodel, a kitchen, and an outdoor patio and bar. Each time, Tiago and his crew exceeded my expectations - thanks to them I continue to smile each time I walk into my home. I worked with the Araujo’s brothers for several months on a TOTAL renovation of a 2800 square foot house, during the Covid period, with constant stops and material shortages. Despite all the difficulties, Charleston and Tiago stayed within budget, had a solution for every unexpected issue for which they were not responsible. They also have an excellent taste ! They work with competent teams. The atmosphere on the site was efficient and reassuring. I also greatly appreciated the ease of communication with them. They never got upset and were always courteous. If I renovate another house, it is not conceivable to use another company.
