After months of research for a fine line artist I came across Sovereign Gallery & Tattoo and really loved their work. I had gone down to meet and discuss my ideas with Thomas Bork and he heard me out on my thoughts, ideas and hesitations. I had a cover up piece so I knew it could potentially be a tricky feat. Thomas made me feel so comfortable and his confidence to achieve my vision settled my nerves. Not only did he cover up my existing tattoo but he created a floral piece that was both delicate and beautiful, exactly what I wanted to walk away with!

Manny is the best artist, at least on the east coast if not everywhere. He feels your vision and makes it perfect. I waited almost 10 years for this one after he did my very first tattoo. I traveled from Maryland, twice, for my vision.
Cleanliness: Very professional, sterile and clean
Love this place! For sure the highlight was this amazing artist Thomas Bork, he’s extremely passionate about the art, he’s carisma , skills and he’s energy, made me so confident to work and been tattooed by him!
Can’t wait to be back and do another high level and unique piece with him !! Thank you Thomas !!
