They keep chopping my dogs beautiful whiskers off. This is the second time it has happened and we have told them not cut the whiskers, just give a bath and cut nails. It's so annoying!!! My dog looks horrible. We are not going back.

This was my first experience with a groomer since we moved to Connecticut from Texas. The last groomer I took my goldendoodle to in Texas really messed him up, so I was very nervous about this place. And ended up very disappointed.They charged me CRAZY HIGH at $140. When they did a job that honestly I shouldn’t have paid more than $80 for. At first, I walked in and it smelled clean and looked nice! Good first impression. Then the woman said my dog wasn’t even on the schedule when they called ME this morning to confirm. Took my puppy here yesterday and was so impressed with how great he looked. I'm not sure if $75 is expensive for a dog hair cut, but if he consistently looks this great I'll keep coming back.
