Water heater failed and started to flood the basement. I made an emergency call to Pickwick Plumbing and Heating at 7:30 PM on a Saturday. The technician arrived at 8:30 PM, stopped the leak and diagnosed that the 20 year old + heater needed to be replaced. I had a new water heater installed by 4:00 PM the following Monday (two days before Christmas). Each and every member of the Pickwick team was responsive, professional, and talented in their job. I cannot think of one way my experience could have been better. A++++++++++++++++++++
Our heat stopped working over the weekend. We gave Pickwick a call. Upon hearing we had no heat, Mike talked through some things that could be wrong so we could check those first. I really appreciated how caring he was about our situation. We needed a specific part which no one could get until Monday but I was able to get the appointment lined up over the weekend. Mike stayed in touch to let us know when our plumber would arrive. Spike was professional, efficient, and did a great job overall. Within hours, the heat was back to normal. Joe Teixeira and Pickwick Plumbing were life savers. Called this afternoon when our boiler quit working, and they can out and were able to fix it in less than a hour! House is toasty now and we have hot water again. Many thanks for coming on such short notice.
