Been going for years and for most part like them. Since covid, prices vary every time you go in. Don't have any pricing hung in store. Had 2 dresses hemmed at separate times. First one they charged $40, almost a year later they TRIED charging me $74!! Owners were away so was another young gentleman filling in (son?). I said "what!! $74 for a hem!! I don't think so". He looked at hem and said oh, $50!! Big turn off after that!!
This is my go to dry cleaner. Not sure about the negative reviews about them. I had one issue with them over the years and they fixed it as soon as I brought it up. I'm very satisfied with their friendly demeanor and prompt service. Give them a try. You won't regret it.
We have gone to New Hilltop Cleaners for 12 years and have always had wonderful results with cleaning, tailoring and pressing items. The owners always treat us well. Highly recommended!
