As I can see from previous reviews, the owner or whomever manages their reviews does not take constructive criticism well, but I will type what exactly happened and they can confirm it. I've been a customer of Katies (10+yrs). - let me preface by saying this location has two entrances - one on Putnam and one in the back parking lot of CVS- I went in yesterday afternoon - via back entrance- , yes, 4:40pm (they close at 5pm). I had 5 men's dress shirts in hand to leave for dry cleaning. The older gentleman was at the front finishing up with customer. I rang the bell for him to know I was there. Mind you, they have security cameras in the entire place and a monitor... read full review
