Extremely professional and available for consult anytime during the process. At such a difficult time, Matthew was most understanding and caring. No sales pitches or incessant phone calls unless the family reached out. Truly a first class establishment.
My mother-in-law passed away in California this week and because of the pandemic and health risks, we were not able to travel to the funeral. While the funeral and shiva will be mostly virtual, we really wanted to light a 7-day memorial candle, but couldn't find one anywhere that would arrive in time. I called Matthew asking if I could purchase one, and he gave us the candle and wouldn't let us pay for it. We were deeply touched by such a kind and caring gesture.
