My experience comes after 3 attempts of them screwing the lapel on one sport coat and 2 suits. For some reason it is always the right side lapel. The first time was awhile back. Not checking the jacket I was going out one evening and put on the sport coat. Interestingly I found the left side lapel perfectly creased and in place. However the right side label kind of rolled over and had no defined crease. I brought it back and showed them and they sent it out, redid it and all was fine.
