I brought in a couch seat cover with a small stain on the edge which the cleaner only made worse. It spread after they supposedly cleaned it and now it is much worse than before I dropped it off.Service: Couches/sofas

My experience comes after 3 attempts of them screwing the lapel on one sport coat and 2 suits. For some reason it is always the right side lapel. The first time was awhile back. Not checking the jacket I was going out one evening and put on the sport coat. Interestingly I found the left side lapel perfectly creased and in place. However the right side label kind of rolled over and had no defined crease. I brought it back and showed them and they sent it out, redid it and all was fine. The second time, the same thing and they redid it and again all was good. This third time I brought the "worn once" suit jacket in for cleaning and the same thing. I brought it in and after some frustrating moments with the gentleman could not fix it with his iron and proceed to tell me the manufacturer did not cut the suit correctly? Really? It was fine when I just bought it new and until you got your hands on it. I would not writing this had he owned the fact they can't properly press a suit jacket. I am sure I am not alone in this and I like to support local businesses but when they play the blame game and don't own their mistakes well, time to look elsewhere. 3 jackets by 3 different makers, 3 times the same issue, yea, sure, it's the manufacturer. Anyway, my wife took care of it with a steamer and all is good now.
