Quality of service is second to none and at a honest and fair price! You can't beat it. Brett stays busy, if you can't get him on the first call he's worth a follow up!
Called at 4:19pm because we sprung a massive leak in the basement. He came over shut the water off and had his men cleaning with in 15 minutes of calling. The fastest response time of any plumber, arguably faster than the fire department and the useless police department. Thank you again Brett for all you do! Life saver
In a full house of non-flushing toilets, including a revolving Airbnb suite, Brett and his team were basically heroes. Not only did Free Flow respond immediately, but they also took the time to explain what was going on, were super easy to talk to, and didn't stop until they figured out what the heck was going on. They fixed the issue with expertise and ease. And sweet hallelujah...
