After a long journey of chronic pelvic pain following the birth of my third child Jen was pivotal in my healing process. She identified issues that other pelvic floor PTs were unable to. More importantly she would always highlight the many things about my pelvic health that were healthy and strong. By doing that she built my confidence, often telling me “you have power in this” and ultimately I began seeing that healing wasn’t just possible but it was probable. Jen was a gift to me during such a challenging time and I cannot recommend her enough!
I have been a nurse for 40 years, 20 years working in emergency rooms. Needless to say I have issues with my lower back at times Jennifer Loos has taught me appropriate exercises and has helped me when I have been in a back spasm. One example, I was headed to a wedding and could barely move. She helped relieve my spasm and got me standing up straight. I was able to attend the wedding and even danced. I needed a few more days of therapy after the wedding but was able to get though it without medication or a trip to the doctor. I am very proud of Jennifer in her new business endeavor. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is very caring and kind and she listens to all your concerns In full disclosure, Jennifer is my daughter-in-law and I am so fortunate to have her in my life.
