Love that The Conduit has been invited to perform regular Sound a Meditations here! (4th Saturdays) We love the warmth of the community and the studio is absolutely beautifully designed and a joy to experience.
I just discovered this studio and I really love the vibe here - it reminds me of my favorite yoga studio in Kathmandu that had welcoming people, positive energy and quality instructors who were friendly and took a genuine interest in their students.I also love the old industrial building it is in. Five stars ✨ ⭐️ ?
Great atmosphere and vibe all around. Instructors are super helpful- no judgment, no competition, encourages you to do what’s best for you but will still challenge you to take that extra step. In the past 3 years I’ve accomplished poses I never thought I could do, but still have plenty to improve on!
