Absolute gem in central CT, a one stop shop for wellness! This woman-owned yoga and wellness center on a working farm leads to experiences unlike any other! They have amazing yoga classes and wellness leaders, goat yoga, the friendliest barn cats imaginable, a massage room and even an AirBnB on their lovely land. Can't recommend enough!
