Used an old gift card finally and received the gold treatment! The place is clean and has amazing energy. Hair washing is an experience that you don't want to miss ! You can also have some drinks including wine. Amazing biscottis as you sit and wait or shop a bit. The makeup was done by sweet young girl who has a lot of talent. The whole staff is very kind and professional. The parking situation is tough but there is a garage in the lot if all else fails.

I visited Strand Salon recently. It was my first time there. I wanted to go lighter which I was nervous about because I hadn’t had my hair colored or highlighted in a couple of years and it was really healthy. But, it was time. So I made an appointment with Colleen. I just want to say that she is so sweet and is a very talented colorist. I consulted her on what would look best with my skin tone. I let her do her thing and I absolutely love it!! Everyone was super nice. Avian is super knowledgeable and so nice and truly has the best upbeat personality! I cannot forget to mention the shampooing. I wish I remembered her name because she definitely deserves... read full review
