Dr Smith was professional and very nice. Her team members were also professional and friendly. From the beginning to the end, they were smiling all the time. I felt very comfortable. Love my primary care doctor, but the front desk receptionist, needs to work in the back room of a factory.She is impossible to deal with so snide and snippy, ALL THE TIME.I had not seen my neurosurgeon since 2011, so they wanted a "doctor referral", even though my insurance does not require, referrals.They gave me a fax # to pass on, but she acts like she owns the whole Ct. multi-specialty group.I wish she would transfer to the moon.Minus one star because they have a pit-bull at the front gate now.
