Good morning to the Customer Service Team and Owner’s of Sports Clips in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
I’m a big fan of Sports Clips but a bigger fan with (Terry) my hairstylist let me make you aware of all (Terry’s) special exceptional qualities as a hairstylist and cuts at your facility of sports clips in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
1) (Terry) makes the brand of Sport Clips better and brings a lot of value and experience and raises the needle of success to the brand of Sports Clip company (10 stars) always with her exceptional customer service and (Terry’s) laser focus when she styles and cuts my hair period.

Was able to get in quick and get a fresh cut from a friendly stylist, couldn't ask for much more really.
Only critique I have (which isn't the fault of any of the staff there whatsoever of course) is the location itself. The parking lot is awkwardly shared with a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru and both storefronts share the same building. The Sports Clips entrance is off to the side whereas the Dunkin entrance is in the front.
But don't you even THINK that I entered Dunkin first by mistake, because I DEFINITELY DID NOT DO THAT ?
The stylist was friendly. The haircut was ok. I asked for the cut to go shorter and she talked me out of it. The next day I realized I should have stuck to my guns because the top is too long. She asked if I wanted .y eyebrows trimmed but then forgot to do them. She also missed some detail around my ears. It could have been better with more attention to detail.
