Alex and Jose just left my house, after arriving precisely on time. Had a leak in the crawl space of the basement which is a pain in the butt to get to. They crawled in, found the leak, repaired in, and were in and out in 30 minutes, kept me up to date with quotes during the process. I spoke with their team at 3pm on 9/22 and they were at my house at 9am on 9/23, and the price to repair was very fair in my opinion. Highly recommend!
SM Mechanical from beginning, during and even after the job was completed stayed in contact with us so we knew what was going on. Dereck did a great job cleaning our furnace and hot water heater. He also explained the types of service was available.
