Mike answered an emergency call on a Saturday night. He was at our house quickly and got us out of a jam. He was responsive, courteous, and reasonably priced. Really saved our night!
We have another local contractor in town doing a bathroom upgrade and they keep dropping the ball left and right. After the ridiculous tub and tub surround install they did, nothing lined up. I called Mylo in distress, and they came out that Friday night on their way home to review the other contractors work. My fears were confirmed, the tub was not level, the surround was in the same poor craftsmanship.
Thank goodness for Mylo I was able to halt this disaster before it got to far. These are great people here at Mylo, they care.
