I started coming here (West Hartford) in May. My first time at a Medspa. I am hooked! Kelsey and all the woman at this location are amazing! Kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to my visits and have become a member which saves me lots of money. The space is gorgeous and I appreciate refreshments being offered. Will be a client for life!! Thank you
I've visited GMS two times and my clinician, Kelsey was both pleasant and professional, and each time, the final results exceeded my expectations! I can't recommend them enough!
I recently went to GMS for my Botox treatment and it was a calming, positive experience all around. The front office is so pretty and welcoming and the staff is warm and friendly.
The reason I go there is for Kelsey Knotts to do my treatment. She is the only one I trust to come around my face with a syringe and a needle! She is so calm and experienced and so in tune to what the patient is feeling.. I accompanied my adult daughter to her first Botox treatment and she was light headed after and Kelsey knew just what to do.
