Although it was only a brief session on floreios (acrobatic movements), you can tell his instruction and attention to detail comes from years and years of experience under the tutelage of Grupo Capoeira Brasil's Mestre Boneco. You can tell how passionate he is about teaching beginner and veteran capoeiristas by how much energy he brings to the gym. I feel like I benefitted greatly even from such a brief encounter. “I've been attending karate classes with my son (now 7) for the past year. The sensei is very kind and knowledgeable. It is a great community with many black belts very willing to help teach new students. Children and adults practice together, which really adds to the traditional feel and to the sense of community. The monthly fee is also very affordable and with classes four days a week (you can attend as often as you want) there is a lot of flexibility.“

“Great place to play tennis, badminton and pickleball! There are total of 6 courts. Half of them have pickleball, badminton lines. It is somewhat distracting when trying to make a line call... Miguel is a fantastic manager and will definitely make everything possible to get you on the court! Sam at the front desk has remarkable customer service skills. She's very knowledgeable, polite and have great personality. Overall, it's a great place to hit a ball!“
