There seems to be zero awareness of appointment times and keeping to a reasonable schedule. Have been sitting in the waiting room for half an hour and have heard the women at the desk explain to each patient to arrive at time x for an appointment at time y. If the patients are expected to keep to a schedule, shouldn’t the practitioners be held to the same standard? Delays also occur when scheduling physicals. If I am scheduling the appointment a year in advance, but I am still facing a lag of several months, that seems to indicate a problem.

Horrible patient service, my pcp doesn't seem interested during my visits and does the bare minimum. The ladies at the front desk seem bothered by your presence and their patient service is absent.

No stars- "If you need medical care, stay on the line in the eternal purgatory and no one in our office will get back to you." Been through 5 Primary Care physicians in just a few years at this place. The doctors leave and then you no longer have a PCP and it's your fault. The staff, excluding one or two, are insulting, rude, impatient, not enough negative adjectives in the thesaurus to describe the degradation of being a customer (not a patient) here. A simple prescription refill denied repeatedly because, Dr. Blahblah is no longer here and, get this, " We are no longer accepting NEW patients." Not a new patient, Have been here for over 15 years!
