Was looking for updating to porch carpet. The sales person immediately knew what to show me, recommended type for endurance and look, and encouraged me to wait 2 weeks for new 2021 colors to be available from manufacturer. When they were in, she contacted me and let me borrow board to test color and lighting at home. Her advice and rationale helped me to pick best maker, pile, design, and color. We ordered the carpet and once temperatures were high enough for glue to set, installation date was set Installer was excellent. He knew what to do, loved all of our furniture without a complaint and lay the perfectly measured carpet. He vacuumed his mess up and left quietly. Bill arrived this week. Couldn't ask for better service than we received.

I wish I came here first.This is the only flooring business that has integrity and fantastic customer service.They came out to measure, 2 hours after we came in the store.The flooring was ordered in a nanosecond, and the job was completed this morning.I am elated with the outcome.The commercial is spot on."Not more expensive, just BETTER."100 stars better in my opinion.THANK YOU very much to all the staff, & to Steve, who installed gorgeous LVT in my retro bathroom.Do not waste your time going anywere else.

I just had carpet installed (stairwell & hallway). I had a great experience from start to finish. The store employees were helpful & pleasant. The installer was quick, clean and did a great job!
