Have worked with Melanie and Todd for several years now and they have been amazing. They take pride in their work and I feel valued as a customer. Prices and rates are fantastic and their snow removal services have been a lifesaver for us.

Consistent trustworthy service and very knowledgeable. Five years ago Todd and his team replaced an aging 55 year old septic tank common to our Gales Ferry-Christy Hill neighborhood. At that time NL County removed the original concrete tank and replaced with a modern two compartment plastic version connecting to the existing dry-well leaching system. More recently they replaced two suspicious junction boxes and flimsy 1960’s piping with modern PVC materials. And with modern fiber optics video equipment they could now assess the dry wells were OK and working fine. I had a great experience with New London County Septic & Excavation. Todd was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and most importantly, he gave me an honest assessment without trying to sell me something I didn’t need—even though he easily could have. That level of integrity is hard to find. Because of their honesty and professionalism, I will absolutely be using them moving forward. Highly recommend!
