“I'm so glad I found Yoga from the Heart. This tranquil studio is located in Avon Village and has quickly become my go-to stress-relieving place. I signed up for their new student special, three weeks of unlimited classes, which gave me the option to try out any of their classes. It was a great deal and a great way to see if the studio would be a good fit for me. It was, so I signed up for a 6-week Intro to Yoga series with Jenna, and I'm so glad I did. Jenna is a great teacher with a calming and supportive presence.Their website is well designed and gives detailed descriptions of all the classes offered (there are quite a few!), and you can easily book classes through their website. As for COVID precautions, the studio has two HEPA filters running at all times and requires proof of vaccination. These extra levels of safety allow you to practice yoga in peace.“

“I had been to Jen's Bikram studio in Farmington and was delighted to see the new space. Slightly smaller studio but same friendly, knowledgeable, wise owner. It's slightly less regimented than other Bikram studios I've been too, but in a positive way (meditative music occasionally playing and some non-traditional cues). I love the cool lavender towels at the end of class. Great place!“
