“I had a pregnancy massage today. On my arrival I could not find the building entrance and ended up being late 15 minutes. I was on the verge of tears being 35 weeks pregnant. The front desk gentleman was so nice that he came outside in a short sleeve shirt in the cold to look for me. He was so professional and apologized probably 10 times and explained that he was new and never sent me the direction text.
