“JC Tonnetti Window Company:THIS IS THE ONE! Fantastic.5 STAR. I am a stickler for perfection, trust me! I spent time interviewing 4 window companies to replace very old windows in our 1929 beach cottage in Madison Connecticut. Probably the same that most people see advertised. Although I replaced windows in another home, consumers really don’t know much about something they don’t do very often. We all start with trying to get the price, (that’s really dumb because you might get “new” really subpar windows which probably weren’t much better than what you replaced!) this wasn’t the lowest quote and they weren’t the highest quote - but they were absolutely THE BEST. The product is great but it’s all about the installation and this was superior. Even the added detail of trim work they did to the windows was flawless. The Harvey windows from J.C. Tonnetti are excellent and have a sleek look as well. With a 20 year, (and transferable to a new owner) you have super security. But the thing that truly made me feel that this company was the best was the incredible attention to detail, knowledge and experience that EACH worker had. Luke,Gilmo,Matt,Carlos and Mauricio were amazing. They never stopped doing some small detail during the removal installation and cleanup and they did so in the neatest, kindest, and most professional way. This company is OUTSTANDING because the people are outstanding. Honest, dedicated, hardworking, experienced and will fix anything that might come up. Truly one of the best I’ve ever worked with and so glad I did. The previous owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction.
