“I wanted to hop on here and personally thank Samantha for one of the most amazing experiences at a first time getting glasses for our 21 month old daughter Fiona. The entire process she was patient informative and helped us find the best first pair of glasses for our daughter. Today’s her first day with the pair home. Earlier we visited the shop to have them fitted and then took them home previously it took a prior visit about two weeks ago for her to order her prescription and pick the pair that best fit Fiona’s face. Samantha is a pro probably why she holds the position at this shop and does so well with the littles I can imagine it can be challenging at times. So patient so kind so caring so helpful thank you. I just realized I’m leaving this from my business page but it’s Marcella and Jeff thank you again Samantha you were great Fiona’s adjusting well ( no straps ) see you in the near future ! The picture doesn’t do them justice as she’s not a big fan of the hair being out of her face however they’ve been on for a few hours now and she keeps self adjusting them if they slide down her nose a little it’s adorable and she’s doing great they definitely help her with her vision impairments!“
