If you’re a stylist looking to advance in your hairdressing career. Please do not consider this a place to set your feet. The manager doesn’t deserve her title of manager what-so-ever. Surprised she’s been there so long. The place is a mess. Shampoo bottles get filled with water. There has been times when towels wouldn’t be thoroughly dry and some stylist will still use them on clients after washing their hair. Some stylist overcharge. Just think of it this way, the blind is leading the blind in this establishment. And don’t even bother expressing concerns or opinions for the betterment of the salon to literally nobody. They booked my appointment with my hairstylist but even though she was preoccupied they didn’t give me a courtesy call. I found out only after going there that she is busy and cant take any clients. So I agreed to get haircut done by another stylist. I repeated told her that I dont want to loose length but just want layers in my hair, she chopped 4 inches off and layers are all uneven. This is busy summer party time and now she ruined my hair. So disappointed.

Stylist: She said she had to cut the length to blend the layers but before doing so she could have communicated.

I'm not really one to complain about anything but we just left and sat there for a hour or so for a mans hair cut and we'll sierra was her name she said she had a 2 year degree and has been cutting hair for 2 years when I first went in I thought it would be a good hair experience but no she was rubbing her stuff up on my man from what he told me and all she was doing is playing with his hair as I'm sitting right across well then we get half way through with his hair someone else had to come over and fix it and its still not even close to what its supposed to be im highly disappointed about it all so now I have to go home and try to attempt to fix y'all's mess thxs for nothing that I could've did at the house was a waste of my time and day.
