After the initial consultation I booked a cycle of 5 Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Facials. At the end of the cycle the appearance and texture of my skin definitely improved and my wrinkles became less pronounced. I admire Shari’s professionalism, knowledge related to skin care, and ability to connect with her clients. The relaxed but elegant ambience of the spa provides a very warm feeling and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed every time I’m there.

Dr. Danna SaidonI recently had a root canal on a tooth that had a crown. Dr. Danna explained in detail my situation due to the crown and said she would do everything she could to save the crown. She gave me the Novocain and all I felt was a pinch. I never felt any pain during the root canal and at times I closed my eyes and could have fallen asleep due to the relaxing music playing in the background and the pillow I was given for my head. Her work area is a very clean and sterile environment and that is something everyone will appreciate. Dr. Danna is the best of the best and I would highly recommend Advanced Endodontics to anyone who wants excellent service and professionalism.Thank you again,Tim I
My husband has a pair of shoes that he loves and they have seen better days. I took them to another shoe repair, and he wanted to charge me an insane amount of money. I took them to Hakky, they were less than half the price done in 2 days and they are fantastic. I have had shoes done here before, but these are by the far the best. I 100% recommend them to anyone The man who works there is so lovely as well!

Dr is great. Staff does not call you back in a timely manner. My husband had a procedure done. He was in pain. Called asking if he should take Tylenol, Advil or Aleve. Staff said nurce will call back. No phone call. I had to call them back. Spoke to nurse she said they had a lot of emergencys. My husband had a extremely a lot of pain. Is my husband less worthy. Dr don't give pain meds.
I loved getting my glasses here! They have a varied and gorgeous selection. I got a Vera Wang frame that I'm in love with. The service was quick with processing my prescription and my insurance claim. I was in and out within 45 minutes. And my glasses arrived within three business days. They were really nice and helpful with helping me understand what my insurance covered. Highly recommend for optometry!

This place has had many names throughout the years, but still has the same clean look inside which is good. I had a male do my pedicure and he was very gentle, almost too gentle with the nail cleaning part. But the massage part was awesome. I did the $62 lavender pedicure which lasted about 40 minutes. I came on a Wednesday evening and it was very quiet.
Super nice owners! They fit four of us in on short notice for pedicures. They have way more colors to choose from than most spas! Recommend checking them out (and getting Rita's frozen custard after!).
I got a gel manicure tonight and it was absolutely amazing the best customer service. you can tell they take pride in their work and how their customers feel. amazing back massage!!
Clean, professional, reasonably priced and quality work! I've been to many places over the years and am very impressed with this establishment. They even squeezed me in on a Saturday morning as a walk in because I decided to go with my cousin who had an appointment at the last minute! Most places rush you as a walk in, but they took the time to make sure it was perfect and exactly what I wanted.
This will definitely be my go to spot from now on!
My 5 star rating is specifically on Sophia! I have gone to this salon for the last year and a half and Sophia is 100% my nail go to. She listens, cares about her work and is so friendly. She has a permanent client in me. Snow is also great and would recommend her as well.
I’ve been coming to Charm Nails since November. They always do a beautiful job on my nails. The photo of the gray nails is after 4 weeks! Life got in the way, but not a single chip or any problems. They are always so nice and have no issues with appointments. They are always able to get me in same day. I love them!
I was nervous but excited to donate my very long hair once more. Sheri not only made me comfortable with the process, but gave me a haircut that I LOVE. I can honestly say this is the first time in my 33 years of life that I’ve gotten a haircut that suited me! She gave me the low maintenance haircut I asked for, but my waves are showing themselves off like I’ve never before seen them do. I love this hair!

I had a pregnancy massage today. On my arrival I could not find the building entrance and ended up being late 15 minutes. I was on the verge of tears being 35 weeks pregnant. The front desk gentleman was so nice that he came outside in a short sleeve shirt in the cold to look for me. I was already upset that I couldn’t find the entrance (very confusing building and no real sign). He was so professional and apologized probably 10 times and explained that he was new and never sent me the direction text. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help me.I had a massage with Jessica and that was one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. I’ve been trying to find someone that can help me relax and soothe my tired pregnant muscles. I haven’t found that person and walking into this appointment I was pretty upset since I was already late. Jessica made me feel so comfortable and like everything was going to be fine. She worked on muscles I never knew existed. For the first time since I found out I was pregnant I felt relaxed and so relieved. She’s also so knowledgeable, patient and kind. I plan to go back every week from now on until I go into labor. So if you’re looking for a compassionate and experienced massage therapist look no further.
Douglas was amazing ?
I needed to replace my 20 year old boiler. Not only was he quick to get back to me with a quote, he beat everyone else I called by a lot! He was able to order my new boiler and have his men install it in a week. Installation was done very professionally. They were very polite and cleaned up everything after they were done. Douglas then made a follow-up call to remind me about inspection. The inspector came to my house to look at the boiler and was happy with the way it was installed. Can't say enough good things about Douglas and his employees! When it comes to plumbing and heating, he'll be my 1st call ?

My experience was beyond expectation. Kris and team installed a new home generator but more importantly supported me on Christmas eve when it stopped functioning. He worked with me for several hours until we figured it out during a storm and extended power outage. The problem had nothing to do with his work. (Salvestrini) Couldn't have had a better experience. The installer arrived within the scheduled time frame. He asked us to observe the door and its parts as it was unboxed. He corrected a problem with the door molding, which was loose. The door was perfectly installed; boxes, etc. cleaned up and our old door and screen were taken away. A very neat and professional job!
Bibi has been so wonderful throughout my journey to get healthy gums again! She is so friendly and really takes into account my dental anxiety and checks in frequently with me throughout the process. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist.
I was not a regular patient here, but i will be after the treatment and care THE WHOLE STAFF has shown me during this appointment.
I had an emergency the night before.
I gave them a call and left a message with their emergency line.
The next morning they called me saying i can come in for 11:15.
Perfect!
The establishment is beautiful! The woman at the front desk was so kind! Greeting me and making me feel so comfortable.
She got me checked in and within 2 minutes an assistant walked up and brought me to a room.
The assistant was lovely! She also made me feel comfortable.
She took quick x-rays and we talked a little while i waited for the dentist.
The dentist comes in and she is also wonderful!! She addressed my concerns, she addressed my situation, made me feel heard, asked if I had any more questions, got me on a new antibiotic and sent me on my way. I am so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Especially during this last minute emergency appointment and I’m not even a regular patient.
Needless to say… I am now a new patient! I will love going to the dentist now!

Overall very professional team! The staff and Dr Krause are excellent. It was nice to be told every step of the process. The office is as you would expect clean and orderly. Although going to the dentist is not something you want to do, this office makes you feel welcome and comfortable!

I have used the services of UConn periodically over the last 3 decades, since before it became the mega machine it is today. It is a top hospital nationally for sure, and the treatments and care have vastly improved since the 80's. Despite this, UConn is still a mixed bag. Half of all experiences there, have been good, or have been horrible. I will however, be adding Dr. Feng and Nurse Cara to the "what's right with UConn" side of things. Dr. Feng is hand skilled and has a very confident, comforting demeanor, and Cara is exceptional for her age. I was nervous and she handled the pressure like a seasoned vet. They are the reason I continue to trust UConn after all. Thank You both!

It was a bit of a wait once we were in a room, but it was worth it. I was happy with the care he received and was pleasantly surprised that I was not chastised for having my dog on an ECollar training program. It was nice to not feel judged for using it for a change! I was also very pleased with the information provided for the separation anxiety this breed often has and have now purchased some products that I can feel safe and confident using to that end. I have been very happy with the care we received for one of our cats and also for Ruckus. We look forward to bringing Puma in when she needs her next round of vaccinations.
