I like it at this laundromat, but half of the dryers are broken. And they have not fixed them in months. Small place bust gets busy and people end up becoming aggravated about the dryers

Bring cash as some machines use quarters ( they have quarter dispensing machines ).
Some washers and dryers use a plastic card that you can buy at the counter.
Whenever I come it there is a Hispanic lady with glasses, that is the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve ever experienced and I’m sure brings lots more people back like myself, just with her way of customer service. My experience today on the other hand with an Asian lady that was extremely rude and disrespectful and negligent with customers clothing. She had the biggest attitude by two simple questions and acted as though she had no time to help anybody. Though this one experience was bad I will continue to come back SPECIFICALLY because of the one lady with great customer service and bright spirit.
