Restoration 1 quickly came out for us on when we had a big bathroom leak on Christmas Eve, and came back the day after Christmas as well. The team was quick to respond and we so appreciate them helping us handle the issue over the holidays!
Troy and his team did an amazing job handling my remediation. They found mold under areas I had no idea were contaminated. They demo'd places (that were supposed to be completed from previous work that was done) to make sure they got into every area. When something came up, Troy handled it immediately and stayed in constant communication to make sure everything was done the right way. He answered all of my questions and explained the process to me. His customer service is exceptional and they are really lucky to have him on their team! He is for sure an asset!
Troy and crew from Restoration 1 were fantastic. I had a flood in my house two days before Thanksgiving and they came over immediately and did remediation work to help fight against the possibility of mold and mildew. They were all fantastic! Worked right up until the holiday - were clean with the space and very considerate.
