I can’t say enough good things about Menillo. We had a devastating plumbing emergency and the Menillo team (special mention for Nick!) was quick, kind, courteous, and communicated with us in terms we could understand every step of the way making a traumatic event a bit easier for us to bear and also helped me be able to trust my house again. This review is overdue because Mennillo has been to my house twice already. The service is prompt and excellent. They are honest. The estimates are fair and in my case one cost came in lower than originally quoted. Highly recommend.
The Mennillo Plumbing crew is absolutely amazing. It’s very nice to call and not get an answering service or transferred from here or there. They answer the phone day and night whenever I have called. The last time I had them out I had an issue and needed a part they not only ordered it for me, had it delivered to their shop, called me the same day it was delivered, and installed it. Not to mention the pricing is the fairest in the county. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail along the way no surprise charges first class service all around thank you Bill and your team for the wonderful experience.
